Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind once the product has been opened or used.
If you believe your item is faulty or damaged:
Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos or a short video showing the fault.
Our team will review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund.
If the lashes aren’t staying on or seem difficult to apply, this is often due to application technique rather than a fault with the product. If you’re still having issues after following these steps, please reach out so we can assist further.
In most cases, we do not require faulty products to be returned. If a return is necessary, we will provide full instructions. All return costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds (if approved) will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to clear the funds.
